Calf implants

The goal of this surgery is to increase the volume of the leg muscles on men and women , or to get a better symmetry between the legs (birth deformity, post infection deformity)

This surgery is performed under sedation or general anesthetic ;the incision is 5 cms long and located behind the knees.The implant  is positionned against the medial and/or gastrocnemius muscles.It has a cigar shape and exists in different sizes.

This procedure takes 1 hour, and requires an overnight stay

You can resume activity after 2 weeks
